Will Donovan was born on Monday, April 12th at 11:56am. He weighed in at 6lb 14 oz and was 19.5 inches long.
Will's entrance was much different than Drew's. At my doctor's appt last Thursday I was measured at 4cm dilated which got me excited until the doctor told me it could still be over a week before the baby came. On Monday morning around 3am I started feeling contractions.... I didn't really know what to expect since with Drew I labored at home for about 24 hours... but this time, by 4am I decided I needed to wake up Justan and get things moving. We were at the hospital by 5:30 and Will was born about 6 hours later. Most of that time was spent trying to get the epidural dosage lessened so that I could get some feeling back. It was a much different experience and I am so happy to have experienced a successful normal delivery. Now that I am home the real challenge begins!
